In order to be admitted into the program, the client must:

• Be referred by a mental health professional.
• Has to be receiving ongoing clinical services at the time of referral.
• Must have an AXIS I diagnosis indicating a severity of psychiatric symptoms that indicate the need for psychiatric rehabilitation services.

*Services must be pre-authorized through Optum Health Services and meet all requirement of COMAR regulations.
